Red Drum Roasters began in 2022 and we’ve stayed true to our core desire to focus on sourcing the freshest and most traceable beans and roasting them to express the nuances and particularities of each region, farm, and processing style. This focus on product is one half of our mission. The other equally important half is our focus on serving coffee to our community, both retail and wholesale, at accessible and responsible prices that never sacrifice quality and sustainability. When we blend for wholesale, our blends are never unspecified, and we never hide cheap and inequitably-sourced coffee. We belong to Durham, and our focus is to serve the entire community. Every year we donate coffee and profits to local events and organizations, including Siembra NC and SNAP/EBT funding for the county of Durham.
